I finished Supreme Courtship last night, and it was truly wonderful. Very little romance, considering the title says courtship, but that would be my mistake in judging the book by its cover. The story was clever and the dialogue was witty but funny. Now I am moving on while trying to talk my husband into reading Supreme Courtship.
I just started Vampire Diaries number 3 (book and purchase info). It’s sad, because I want to read sophisticated books, but I have to be serious. These books are entertaining. There is a reason vampires are crazy popular right now. While I won’t pledge my eternal devotion to Team Edward, I can honestly admit to enjoying all of the Twilight books and the first two Vampire diary books. I guess I am open to all types of literature, and these stories are entertaining!!!
Does anyone watch the show? It’s funny because as much as I usually hate it when movies/TV differ from their literary inspirations, I love the way the Vampire Diaries TV show is made and tells its story. We’ll see about season 2! Anyway, FYI, not all posts will be about books, but I just got done with the bar exam so reading for fun just started again for me for the first time in 3 years. It’s a big deal for me! Anyone got any book suggestions?
See you next time!
