All right, so I have decided to create another booket list, but this is for modern books, or books published on or after 1950. I was trying to stay with classics on my first list, but there are so many newer (than classic) books that I want to read at least once. So, I’m making a list. I’m going to include some books that I have already read, because these are books that I think everyone should read once in their lives.
I need your help!!! Please hit me up in the comments and tell me your picks. We are going to 100.
What year is your starting point for newer classics? I suggest Enchanted April by Elizabeth von Arnim, Horse Heaven by Jane Smiley, The Code of the Woosters by P.G. Wodehouse, Miss Buncle's Book by D.E Stevenson. I could go on, but I am going out to walk my dog and then to tea with a friend. I look forward to seeing your list.
