This story is newsworthy testimony regarding the villains who are actual historical figures and are named. Fitting it all together (as in the screenplay based on the story titled: “We Will Find You,”) is the avenging drama of the novel.

My Thoughts:

This was my first experience reading a book set during this specific time period, and I found all of the intriguing historical events and figures fascinating. The subject matter was tragic and stunning, while at times difficult to read, though completely worth the effort.

This book will grab you from the beginning. The story is seriously action packed with lots of twists and turns, though at times this makes following the story a little difficult. There is a large cast of characters, so, I found myself rereading or checking my facts to be certain I understood who or what I was reading about. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, because it would be impossible to truly tell this story without understanding the scope of the global impact the Second World War had.

Sometimes, and these times were rare, I could have used some further scene setting or flow during long moments of dialogue. For instance, I never quite knew what the characters were physically doing while talking to each other. This made imagining the scene more difficult for me.

I really hope to get to read another book by Kenry Kellerman. The Ghost was thought provoking and riveting while truly taking the reader on a journey. If you love mystery, adventure, and history, I would definitely recommend this book. I learned so much while really enjoying the time I spent in these pages.
